My Client is seeking a qualified Partners Success Manager to join the team. In this capacity, you will closely collaborate with business partners and their clients, both existing and potential, to ensure that the platform delivers optimal solutions for their unique business needs and challenges. Your contributions will significantly impact the success of the Partnership’s Customer Excellence team.
Key Responsibilities-
Portfolio Insights: Collaborate with Partnerships Managers to share valuable portfolio insights about their respective partners.
Customer Success Skills Development: Work closely with partners to enhance their customer success management skills, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction.
Post-Sale Focal Point: Serve as a central figure for post-sale processes within the partnership organisation, closely coordinating with regional leaders.
On boarding and Training: Deliver comprehensive on boarding and training support to new partners, equipping them with the knowledge and tools necessary to help teams maximize the platform’s value.
Account Metrics: Forecast and meticulously track key account metrics to evaluate partnership performance and success.
Progress Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts, sharing them with internal and external stakeholders for transparency and alignment.
Customer and Partner Support: Provide professional support to enhance the dedication of both customers and partners to the platform.
Requirements-
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SaaS Customer Success Management, with a proven track record of working closely with clients.
- Proficiency in navigating business organisations, managing cross-functional stakeholders, and effectively negotiating solutions.
- Strong collaboration skills, facilitating effective communication with developers, engineers, and product managers to meet customer requirements.
- Exceptional customer-facing and presentation skills, establishing credibility with executives.
- Demonstrated expertise in technical project management, enabling multiple cross-functional teams to successfully execute plans.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills for efficient task handling.
- Analytic skills and a genuine passion for technology.
