Role: Account Executive

Location: London

Hybrid: 1 day a week in office

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and approach prospective clients within the staffing and in-house recruitment sectors
  • Generate leads through networking, events, referrals, and digital outreach
  • Engage with prospects to understand business pain points and recruitment challenges
  • Present tailored solutions that align with specific client goals and objectives
  • Build and execute territory or vertical-specific sales strategies
  • Track industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, sales development, and product specialists
  • Deliver personalised, engaging product demos both virtually and in-person
  • Highlight solution benefits relevant to the client’s needs and use cases
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal delivery teams to ensure satisfaction and onboarding success

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales, ideally within the recruitment technology or broader HR tech sector
  • Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (e.g. as a recruiter or consultant) strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding revenue goals
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Consultative and solution-focused sales approach
  • Highly motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events (as required)
