The successful candidate:
- will ensure that senior sales colleagues have a pipeline of well-managed, highly qualified sales opportunities;
- swears by efficiency, effectiveness, and providing support through the sales process;
- communicates status honestly, regularly and effectively – knows where are we up to at any point with any client;
- will be an active member of the sales team, and of the Phrasee team as a whole;
- has a well-maintained CRM in the DNA – s/he’ll have no problem following processes to keep the sales cycle simple and effective for all.
- 2+ years’ previous outbound B2B sales experience;
- previous responsibility for qualifying and questioning prospective customers;
- a consultative, intelligent selling style;
- experience of building good rapport with the potential client base;
- a sound knowledge of lead generation;
- experience of working with KPIs and the motivation to meet them;
- excellent organisational skills and a strong work ethic;
- CRM-savvy;
- experience in one of these four environments is desirable but not a deal-breaker: email, digital marketing, agency or software.
