Role-

You will work in Paris with our Head of Pre-sales, who will guide your daily progress. We are seeking an internal and external spokesperson for our product.

You will be at the heart of discussions around the evolution, strategic positioning, and sale of our platform. Additionally, you will participate in the development of the strategy and sales support material, including responses to calls for tenders, tool presentations, commercial offers, and more. You will frequently work on large-scale projects with an international reach for recognized brands. Your role will involve ensuring efficient and successful bidding processes, producing strategic documents submitted during contract negotiations, and creating materials for customers, answering strategic questions, pitching the product, and securing new contracts.

Responsibilities-

  • Become a product and market specialist, fully informed about the offers and functional capabilities of our platform.
  • Provide directives to the sales teams regarding elements to be included in proposals. Maintain knowledge of the product and promote it internally and externally.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and highlight our differentiators against the competition.
  • Provide presales and consulting support to the sales teams, aiming to increase the conversion rate of projects. Develop written functional responses to customer requests, produce presentation documents, set up our platform to meet prospect’s business needs, and perform in-depth product demonstrations while communicating our values ​​and differentiators.
  • Respond to ad hoc requests from sales, customer, and marketing teams, creating documentation, conducting competitive analysis, designing video presentations, provide product training, and more.
  • Coordinate and improve the response system for Request for Proposals (RFPs) by conducting them on time, coordinating tasks, and ensuring continuous improvement.

Qualifications- The perfect match?

  • Approximately 3 years of experience in the SaaS industry in customer-facing roles such as sales, pre-sales engineer, consultant, trainer, etc.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to understand business issues across different industries.
  • Excellent reading, analysis, and synthesis skills with the ability to work with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail. Proactive and rigorous.
  • Experience in public speaking with excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability to different stakeholders such as human resources directors, communication directors, etc.
  • “Digital dexterity” with the ability to handle multiple tools simultaneously and perform smooth, easy-to-follow product demos.
  • Enthusiastic, curious, and willing to work in a constantly changing environment, taking on responsibilities.
  • Advanced level of English (C1 minimum) to follow internal and external oral and written conversations with all types of stakeholders.
