Are you looking for a stimulating position as a Digital Project Manager?

Join our Consulting team and become responsible for the success of our client’s projects, both domestically and internationally. You will be supported by a Customer Success Director who will guide you in developing strategies to achieve your client’s objectives.

Your missions include:

• Gain expertise in change management, communication, and employee engagement strategies.
• Plan and manage the project launch schedule, ensuring rapid deployment.
• Coordinate relations with various stakeholders (internal and external) during the deployment process.
• Facilitate training and workshops on the operational use of the platform.
• Write project monitoring reports, share recommendations, and provide feedback.
• Analyze the results of each client’s projects and establish monthly project performance statistics.
• Participate in the implementation of cross-functional projects aimed at improving best practices and project management methodologies.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the position of Digital Project Manager:

• After graduating from college (with a focus on digital, engineering, or sales fields), you’ve had several successful experiences in related roles. You are familiar with social tools and the best techniques to excel in a fast-growing environment, working with renowned C-level clients.
• You have an affinity for internal communication, social networks, and community management.
• This position requires bilingual proficiency in English and French to ensure the best possible orientation and support for our French-speaking and international clients.
  • Before applying, you should make sure that you score well in the following:Managing multiple projects simultaneously (planning standards, Gantt, etc.).
  • Possessing excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, being proactive and rigorous.
  • Demonstrating relational and interpersonal skills to adapt to different interlocutors (HR Director, Communications Director, etc.) and understand their needs.
  • Having a sense of analysis and synthesis.
