Outbound Sales Manager

Disruptive SaaS company changing the way ecommerce retailers do business. Growing YoY with ambitious plans for the future.

Looking to scale the commercial teams significantly, looking for two Sales Managers to drive strategy for the Outbound SDR team.

You will be building out a team, and managing the current over performing team members. Strategically, you will own the alignment of the team to company goals. Working closely with key figures across the business.

Here’s what some of your day to day will look like:

• Hire the best people into your team
• Coaching and development
• Motivating your team to hit, and exceed targets
• Developing and refining outbound sales strategy
• Ability to identify trends, bottlenecks and areas of optimisation
• Complete ownership of your teams KPI’s

Requirements

• Worked in SaaS, ideally as part of a start up or scale up
• Proven experience in sales leadership, you’ve hired and successfully grown SDR teams
• Experience of identifying, troubleshooting and overcoming bottlenecks, low performance and blockers
• Ability to workshop, train and coach effectively to develop a high performing team
• You can engage with, incentivise, and motivate a team on a 1:1 and 1 to many basis
• You have full sales cycle knowledge with opinions on sales methodologies, and sales techniques and the understanding of how to implement and develop outbound sales strategy
