Sales Enablement Program Manager

12 month contract

Hybrid – London

£300 a day inside IR35 – Paid Via an Umbrella.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Enablement Program Manager to join our clients Global Sales Enablement team. This team is responsible for empowering sales talent and strategic partners across multiple regions to achieve their full potential through effective onboarding, continual learning, and performance support. As a key player, you’ll work closely with global sales teams to enable contributors, teams, and leaders to exceed sales targets and quotas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training & Onboarding: Act as a ‘train the trainer,’ ensuring vendor sales managers and trainers are equipped to onboard and train their sales teams. Facilitate onboarding for new hires and oversee their access to systems and tools.
  • Quality Assurance: Drive Quality Assurance processes across partner sites by assessing manager coaching, sales conversations, and training delivery. Lead performance evaluations and regular call calibration sessions to ensure consistency.
  • Performance Improvement: Design and deliver targeted learning interventions to bridge performance gaps and support continuous improvement across sales teams.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with content teams to create and update training materials that address identified performance needs and drive sales success.
  • Technology Implementation: Support the rollout of new quality assessment and AI-based coaching tools, providing user feedback and suggestions for improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Deliver monthly business reviews to leadership, align training strategies with business needs, and maintain strong communication with stakeholders.

Looking to speak with candidates with the below experience

  • Sales Enablement & Training Experience: Proven background in developing, delivering, and managing sales training programs. Experience with onboarding, ongoing sales coaching, and performance consulting will be crucial.
  • Stakeholder Management: Experience working with internal and external stakeholders, including sales leaders, managers, and third-party vendors, to ensure alignment on goals, strategies, and outcomes.
  • Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement: A track record of driving Quality Assurance processes to evaluate sales performance and identifying areas for improvement through targeted interventions.
  • Content Development & Instructional Design: Experience creating or overseeing the creation of sales training content and resources, including sales playbooks, onboarding guides, and performance tools.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Experience using data and insights to measure the effectiveness of training programs and making informed adjustments to improve performance and productivity.
  • Technology Familiarity: Knowledge of sales-related technologies, such as CRM systems, coaching tools, or LMS platforms, and the ability to implement or manage these tools effectively.
