Our client, a prominent HR Tech vendor, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager to join their growing team. As a leading player in the HR Tech space, our client is dedicated to empowering organizations with innovative solutions that streamline HR processes and enhance employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of highly skilled Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve and exceed their targets. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to optimize performance and foster skill development.
Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales leadership team to develop strategic plans and initiatives aligned with the company’s objectives. Implement effective sales strategies to generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine the SDR team’s processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and conversion rates. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance lead qualification and handoff to the sales team.
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the SDR team’s effectiveness. Analyze data and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting successes, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Collaboration and Communication: Foster a collaborative environment by building strong cross-functional relationships with sales, marketing, and product teams. Ensure seamless communication and alignment to drive overall sales success.
