Role Overview
The SAP HCM Application Manager will take ownership of a mission-critical SAP HR landscape, ensuring stability, continuous improvement, and alignment to evolving business needs.
You will operate at the intersection of HR, IT, and business leadership, driving application excellence across a highly structured and regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Full ownership of the SAP HCM application landscape (support, enhancement, optimisation)
* Ensure system stability, governance, and compliance across HR processes
* Partner closely with HR leadership to translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions
* Oversee configuration, releases, upgrades, testing, and change management
* Manage integration across SAP and wider enterprise platforms
* Drive continuous improvement and HR digital transformation initiatives
* Provide input into application roadmap, strategy, and vendor management
* Ensure strong incident, problem, and change governance processes

Key Requirements
* Strong SAP HCM application management experience in enterprise environments
* Solid understanding of HR processes (OM, PA, Payroll, Time Management)
* Experience in large, regulated or multi-entity organisations
* Strong stakeholder engagement and HR-business partnering capability
* Exposure to integrated SAP landscapes (FI/CO, SuccessFactors advantageous)
* Strong governance, control, and delivery mindset
