We are looking for a strong SAP SuccessFactors Techno-Functional Consultant with deep expertise across Payroll modules.
The ideal candidate will be able to bridge both business and technical teams, combining hands-on functional knowledge with the technical capability to support configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and solution delivery.
Key requirements:
- Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors, with particular depth in Payroll
- Proven techno-functional capability, able to translate business requirements into system solutions
- Hands-on experience across configuration, optimisation, testing, and support
- Strong understanding of integrations between SuccessFactors and payroll / HR systems
- Ability to work closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams
- Experience supporting implementations, enhancements, and transformation programmes
