Senior Marketing Manager – B2B Audience Development (English & Exams)
Location: London | Contract Type: 6-month contract (INSIDE IR35) | Rate: Up to £500 per day
An education company is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead B2B audience development for its English & Exams division. The role is accountable for acquiring new B2B customers globally through lead generation, lead nurturing, and sales enablement programmes. The successful candidate will collaborate across marketing, sales, and product teams to deliver integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global B2B marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and pipeline growth.
- Lead multi-channel lead generation campaigns including paid media, email, events, and partnerships.
- Build and optimise lead nurture journeys using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Partner with sales teams to create impactful sales enablement tools and improve conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance and customer insights to refine strategy and execution.
- Promote B2B marketing best practices across the organisation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience in B2B marketing, preferably within education, exams, or professional services.
- Strong grasp of lead generation, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with a track record of data-driven decision-making.
- Experience working across global teams and adapting strategies to region
