About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Analyst to join an exciting Transformation project on a part-time basis, working 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday), with some flexibility around days as required.
While the role will commence at 3 days per week, there is potential for the position to increase to 4 or 5 days per week as project requirements evolve.
This role is ideally suited to a communications professional who has transitioned into change management and enjoys creating engaging digital communications that support organisational change initiatives. You will play a key role in developing and delivering communication activities, with a strong focus on digital newsletters, SharePoint content and stakeholder engagement.
About the Client
Our client is a well-established Higher Education organisation undergoing a Student Transformation project. They are seeking a hands-on Senior Change Analyst who can support change outcomes through clear, engaging and effective communications.
You’ll be joining a supportive team environment where your expertise in communication and stakeholder engagement will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging change communications across digital channels, including newsletters, SharePoint and stakeholder updates.
- Create compelling content and communication campaigns that build awareness, engagement and adoption of key initiatives.
- Partner with project teams and business stakeholders to translate complex information into clear, audience-focused messaging.
A Successful Candidate Will Possess the Following
- Demonstrated experience as a Senior Change Analyst, Change Analyst or Communications Specialist within a change environment.
- Strong communications background with the ability to produce high-quality digital communications.
- Proven experience developing and publishing digital newsletters.
- Experience using and managing content within SharePoint.
