We are looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist to join a collaborative Workplace Technology team supporting a fast-paced multinational environment. This is a role where you will play a key part in ensuring smooth day-to-day technology operations for end users across the office and regional locations.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support, managing end-user devices, troubleshooting infrastructure-related issues, and partnering closely with internal technology teams, facilities, and vendors to maintain a seamless workplace technology experience.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on support work, thrives in a people-facing environment, and has strong experience supporting modern workplace technologies across both Windows and macOS ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Provide onsite Level 2 technical support across hardware, software, networking, and end-user environments
- Support onboarding and offboarding activities including laptop setup, deployment, imaging, and decommissioning
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to laptops, printers, meeting room technologies, connectivity, and mobile devices
- Manage and prioritize incidents and service requests through ServiceNow while ensuring SLA adherence
- Support Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Intune, Jamf, SCCM, and endpoint management activities
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and support procurement, asset tagging, and device lifecycle management
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams, facilities, and external vendors to resolve site-impacting issues
- Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with users across regional offices
- Contribute to process improvements and workplace technology initiatives
