We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead organization-wide talent initiatives focused on strengthening workforce capability, enhancing employee development, and building long-term leadership pipelines. The role is responsible for shaping and executing talent strategies that improve performance, engagement, and internal mobility across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a holistic talent management approach covering workforce planning, capability development, and employee retention.
- Design and maintain structured succession frameworks to ensure readiness for critical and leadership roles across the organization.
- Lead learning and development strategies, including skills assessment, training planning, and evaluation of development outcomes.
- Oversee performance management processes, ensuring consistent execution, alignment with organizational objectives, and continuous improvement.
- Drive career development and internal mobility frameworks to support employee growth and organizational flexibility.
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on talent trends, capability gaps, and workforce development priorities.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of HR experience with strong exposure to talent management or organizational development.
- Proven experience in succession planning, performance management, and learning frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and advisory capabilities.
- Familiarity with HR systems and talent management tools.
