About the Role
We are seeking a Payments Consultant / Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in Card Not Present (CNP) payments and merchant payment ecosystems. The successful candidate will work closely with merchant clients to understand their online payment journeys, payment gateway utilisation, acquiring arrangements, and customer checkout experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage directly with merchants to understand their business models, payment operations, customer journeys, and commercial objectives.
- Analyse and document end-to-end payment processes, including online, in-store, recurring, subscription, and alternative payment workflows.
- Assess gateway capabilities, payment routing strategies, recurring payment models, token management, and wallet integrations.
- Assess merchants’ current use of payment gateways, acquiring services, payment orchestration platforms, and payment service providers.
A Successful Candidate Will Possess the Following
- Strong knowledge of Card not Present (CNP), PCI-DSS, tokenisation and eCommerce payment gateway environments (must have).
- Proven experience in understanding merchant requirements, payments implementation or transaction banking environments.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Deep understanding of payment gateways, integration workflows and acquiring systems.
