What you’ll do

• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to turn insights into elegant, scalable features.

• Simplify advisor and client workflows – helping users focus more on people and less on admin.

• Lead user research, usability testing, and continuous feedback loops.

• Use behavioural insights and data to refine and validate design decisions.

• Design and prototype in Figma – from concept to pixel-perfect UI.

• Contribute to a growing design system ensuring cohesion and scalability across platforms.

• Champion usability and consistency across all product touchpoints.

What we’re looking for

• 10+ years of experience in Product or UX Design.

• A portfolio that shows end-to-end design thinking (from research and wireframes to polished UI.)

• Strong Figma skills and comfort with modern design collaboration tools.

• Confidence presenting design rationale backed by research and data.

• Experience working in Agile cross-functional teams.

• A problem-solving mindset that balances user needs and business goals.

• Bonus: experience in fintech or complex B2B products.
