Senior Product Manager – Remittance

I’m currently working with a well-funded fintech scale-up building next-generation infrastructure for cross-border payments.

They’re on a mission to modernise how money moves globally, combining traditional payment systems with emerging digital asset rails to create faster, more efficient remittance solutions.

The Role

This is a core product position, focused on owning and scaling a cross-border payments ecosystem.

You’ll be responsible for building and evolving both internal payment capabilities and external partner integrations, taking products from early-stage development through to global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through to launch and optimisation
• Build and scale on/off-ramp capabilities across multiple payment ecosystems
• Develop and expand international payment corridors
• Lead integrations with global payment partners and providers
• Work closely with engineering, compliance, and commercial teams
• Optimise transaction performance, pricing, FX flows, and liquidity
• Define and track product KPIs, driving continuous improvement
• Support go-to-market strategy and product adoption

What We’re Looking For:

• 8-10 years’ experience in Product Management within fintech
• Strong background in cross-border payments / remittance products
• Solid understanding of:
• Payment infrastructure (fiat systems)
• Digital asset rails (on/off-ramp exposure beneficial)
• FX and liquidity dynamics
• Experience working with international payment networks or partners
• Exposure to global markets (e.g. UK, EU, US, APAC)
• Highly execution-focused and comfortable in fast-paced, scaling environments
