Senior Project Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the replacement of a large-scale Project Portfolio Management (PPM) system. This is a key role driving enterprise-wide transformation through technology, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the full lifecycle delivery of an enterprise PPM system – from vendor selection to implementation and transition to BAU.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and governance across a complex stakeholder environment.
• Partner with IT, PMO, and business leaders to drive improved visibility, portfolio governance, and reporting.
• Oversee vendor contracts, data migration, integrations, testing, and user adoption activities.

About you:

• Proven experience delivering enterprise software implementations or replacements (e.g. PPM, ERP, or CRM).
• Skilled in vendor management, RFP processes, and contract negotiation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience working within structured or hybrid methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, PMBOK).
• Tertiary qualification and project management accreditation required; Agile certification highly regarded.
