Overview:

A senior opportunity to join one of the Middle East’s leading events organisations, driving commercial growth across a high-profile portfolio of exhibitions. As Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and leading teams to deliver ambitious revenue targets. Responsibilities:

Drive sponsorship and exhibition sales across major regional and international events.

Lead sales campaigns to meet and exceed strategic and financial targets.

Manage and grow relationships with clients, agents, and government trade bodies to secure exhibitors.

Develop and implement key account management strategies to maximise retention and acquisition.

Monitor competitor activity, market developments, and introduce new sales innovations.

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure exhibitions are delivered to the highest standard.

Provide leadership, coaching, and performance monitoring to sales teams.

Oversee budget management, forecasting, and sales reporting.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.

Minimum 7-8 years’ sales experience within the exhibitions industry.

Proven track record of securing and growing sponsorship and exhibition revenue.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage teams and develop sales strategies.

Commercially strategic, results-focused, and adaptable.

Willingness to travel for industry events and client meetings.
