Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner – Global Software Leader | Sydney (Hybrid)

Salt Search is partnering with a leading global software enterprise to find an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner for a 12-month contract ($150- $170+ super) & may extend. Based in North Sydney, you will report to the Head of APAC, collaborating with HR and Talent teams to source and attract top sales talent across the APJ region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, aligning talent with team needs.
• Lead recruitment strategy for critical sales roles, including market research and networking.
• Proactively source both passive and active candidates through cold calling and outreach.
• Manage up to 10 requisitions, focusing on diversity, internal mobility, and recruitment best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding and attract top talent.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and communities.

What We are Looking For:

• Proven experience in sourcing or recruiting for sales, customer success, go to market specialists, Marketing and professional service teams, particularly in Saas Scale up companies. We are not looking for technical IT recruiters
• 6 years’ experience within Software company with Sales/Ops recruitment
• Strong research skills with a deep understanding of market trends.
• A hands-on, creative sourcing with a rigorous work ethic.
• Experience with recruitment platforms
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
