Service Designer

We are looking to Create a Future for a Service Designer. In this role you will be creating user centered services for a government agency to meet regulatory standards. In this role, you will:

Design end to end service experiences that align with government policies and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders, users, and technical teams to deliver accessible, inclusive solutions.
Use research to improve service delivery.

Requirements:

Proven experience in service design within government or regulated environments.
Strong skills in user research, journey mapping, and prototyping.
Ability to balance innovation with legislative and policy constraints.

The role will be primarily office based with a bit of flexibility. All applicants will need to have rights to work in NZ and be Wellington based.
