The Role

As a ServiceNow Delivery Manager, you’ll take ownership of a delivery team serving key enterprise clients across the region. Working closely with account and project leaders, you’ll be responsible for ensuring seamless project execution, managing resources, and driving operational excellence across multiple engagements.

Around half of your time will be client-facing – supporting implementations, advising on best practices, and ensuring every project delivers measurable business outcomes. The remainder will focus on empowering your team, refining delivery processes, and shaping the overall performance of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Operations:

  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow delivery across assigned client portfolios.
  • Manage resource allocation, project scheduling, and utilization metrics.
  • Ensure delivery quality, governance, and alignment to organizational standards.
  • Support pre-sales initiatives and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Anticipate and resolve delivery challenges proactively.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Coach, mentor, and support consultants and project managers within your team.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance, and growth-oriented culture.
  • Encourage innovation, knowledge sharing, and skill development.
  • Drive team engagement through learning and community initiatives.

Performance & Continuous Improvement:

  • Define and track KPIs to ensure delivery and financial targets are met.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to enhance delivery frameworks and methodologies.
  • Continuously seek ways to optimize operations and improve client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years in a leadership or delivery management role within IT Services or Consulting.
  • Strong experience overseeing complex ServiceNow implementations.
  • Proven background in project governance, client engagement, and pre-sales support.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Hands-on, proactive leadership style with a solutions-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
  • Based in or open to relocating to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
