ServiceNow Enterprise Architect

Contract (rolling 12-month)

We are working with a leading, high-growth technology organisation in the UAE that is driving large-scale digital transformation programmes across multiple enterprise domains. They are now looking to appoint a ServiceNow Enterprise Architect to take ownership of a greenfield platform implementation at enterprise scale.

The Role

This is a high-impact, strategic position where you will act as the technical authority for the design, governance, and long-term success of the ServiceNow platform.

You will lead the architecture of a greenfield Employee Centre deployment, ensuring scalability, integration across enterprise systems, and alignment with long-term business objectives. This is not a delivery-only role – It combines architecture, governance, integration design, and vendor oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the end-to-end ServiceNow architecture across multiple business domains
• Establish architectural principles, governance frameworks, and platform standards
• Lead the design of Employee Centre / omni-channel experience
• Own integration architecture across HR, Finance, Procurement, and Identity platforms
• Act as the technical design authority in a vendor-led environment
• Ensure scalability, performance, and upgrade-safe configurations
• Define CMDB, service taxonomy, and access control frameworks
• Oversee security, compliance, and risk management across the platform
• Establish the long-term operating model and governance structure

Experience Required:

• 8-12+ years of ServiceNow experience
• Proven experience in enterprise-scale / greenfield implementations
• Strong background acting as a technical authority or architect
• Experience with enterprise integrations (APIs, IntegrationHub, etc.)
• Exposure to ERP and Identity platforms (e.g. HR systems, IAM)
• Strong understanding of platform governance and operating models
