ServiceNow Product Owner

12-month rolling contract

We are currently supporting a leading, AI-driven technology organisation in Abu Dhabi that is undergoing a major enterprise-wide ServiceNow transformation. As part of a greenfield implementation, they are looking to appoint a ServiceNow Product Owner to drive the design and governance of their enterprise service platform.

This is a strategic role, focused on building a structured, scalable service model across multiple business functions ensuring ServiceNow is positioned as a true enterprise platform rather than a traditional ticketing tool.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement enterprise-wide service taxonomy, catalogue structure, and governance framework
• Design end-to-end ServiceNow workflows including approvals, SLAs, escalation paths, and fulfilment logic
• Lead workforce lifecycle (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) process design and automation
• Establish KPI, SLA, and reporting frameworks to measure service performance
• Own backlog creation, user stories, UAT cycles, and business sign-off
• Define long-term operating model, governance structure, and continuous improvement approach

Requirements:

• 7-12 years’ experience within ITSM / Enterprise Service Management
• Strong experience delivering large-scale ServiceNow catalogue and workflow implementations
• Proven track record in service design, governance, and operating model definition
• Experience working across multiple business domains (IT, HR, Finance, etc.)
• Exposure to ERP integrations (e.g., Oracle) and IAM alignment is highly beneficial
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to operate at senior/executive level
