Overview
A leading global technology consultancy is looking to hire a ServiceNow Technical Architect to support the delivery of large-scale digital transformation programmes across Saudi Arabia. This role will play a key part in shaping architecture, driving best practice, and leading complex ServiceNow implementations across enterprise clients.
You will work closely with stakeholders, delivery teams, and leadership to design scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions, while acting as the technical authority across multiple engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end ServiceNow architecture design across multiple projects
- Define and implement best practice frameworks, standards, and governance
- Lead technical design workshops with clients and internal stakeholders
- Provide guidance across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, and other modules
- Oversee integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server, third-party systems)
- Ensure strong CMDB design, data integrity, and platform scalability
- Review and challenge technical designs, configurations, and code quality
- Support pre-sales activities including solutioning and estimations
- Mentor and guide developers and consultants within the team
- Act as a technical escalation point for complex delivery challenges
Required Experience:
- 8-12+ years in enterprise platforms / ITSM environments
- 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
- Proven experience as a Technical Architect on large-scale implementations
- Strong expertise across core modules such as:
- ITSM
- CMDB
- Integrations & workflows
- Experience delivering end-to-end ServiceNow implementations
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data models, and platform capabilities
