Overview:
A leading, culture-driven retail brand in the streetwear and sneaker space is looking for a Social Media Manager to take full ownership of its digital voice, audience growth, and engagement strategy.
This is not a generic social media role. It sits at the intersection of culture, product, and timing. The right person will understand the sneaker and urban wear landscape deeply, knowing how to translate drops, limited releases, and promotions into compelling, platform-specific storytelling that resonates with a highly engaged audience.
The role is heavily execution-focused, with a strong emphasis on planning and running campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), while expanding into TikTok. Success in this environment depends on your ability to build structured content calendars, execute campaigns flawlessly, and drive consistent audience growth and engagement.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies focused on audience growth and engagement across Facebook, Instagram and TikTok
- Plan and manage content calendars aligned to product drops, promotions and campaigns
- Drive end-to-end campaign execution for launches, specials and limited edition releases
- Ensure consistent, platform-specific messaging across all social channels
- Collaborate with internal teams to align content with brand positioning and campaign objectives
- Stay close to sneaker and streetwear culture to ensure content remains relevant and authentic
- Monitor trends, platform changes and audience behaviour to inform content strategy
- Track performance metrics and provide regular reporting with actionable insights
- Continuously optimise content and campaigns to improve reach, engagement and follower growth
Requirements:
- 3 + years’ experience in a social media management or digital content role
- Strong understanding of Meta platforms, particularly Facebook and Instagram
- Exposure to TikTok and an understanding of how content differs across platforms
- Proven experience managing content calendars and executing campaigns
- Strong understanding of audience growth and engagement strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, campaign-driven environment
- Genuine interest in sneaker, streetwear or youth culture
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting
