Social Media Specialist

Salt is hiring a ‘Social Media Specialist‘ who will be responsible for driving creator acquisition and growth by identifying, onboarding, and developing high-potential affiliate creators. This role focuses on identifying high-potential creators, initiating outreach, and driving successful onboarding into e-commerce livestreaming

Key Responsibilities

• Creator Lead Sourcing: Identify and qualify high-potential creators across TikTok, Shopee, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms
• Retrieve accurate contact information of email, phone, and agency
• Initiate cold outreach via phone calls, email, and other channels
• Pitch livestream e-commerce opportunities tailored to each creator profile
• Handle objections and negotiate onboarding incentives where needed
• Drive creators to first livestream

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in English (Chinese is a plus)
• Comfortable with cold call outreach and handling rejection
• Highly execution-oriented with strong ownership and follow-through
• Detail-oriented with good data tracking habits
