Software Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Software Engineer II to join our Customer Service Technology team. You will build, enhance, and support critical services that enable our teams to deliver a great experience to customers and partners.

Working closely with Product and business stakeholders, you will translate requirements into scalable solutions, develop and test features, deploy them to production, and take ownership of services throughout their lifecycle. You will also troubleshoot production issues, resolve bugs, and continuously improve system reliability and performance.

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong experience with Java, Perl, Git, Linux, and MySQL
• Experience with Kubernetes, Kafka, and AWS
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices
• Experience with testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain software applications
• Write clean, reusable, secure, and maintainable code
• Own services end-to-end, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support
• Investigate and resolve bugs and production incidents
• Design scalable solutions aligned with business and technical requirements
• Identify opportunities to improve reliability, performance, and engineering processes
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions
