Solution Developer (Data Solutions)

In this role, you will take requests from pre-sales teams or clients, dig into the data, and create visual, professional reports and dashboards that clearly tell the story behind the numbers.

You will work with internal datasets, cloud platforms, and modern tools like Snowflake or Databricks. Every ticket you complete becomes a tangible, client-ready output that makes a difference. This is a role for someone who thinks critically, executes efficiently, and communicates clearly.

What you will do:

• Take requests through a ticketing system and transform them into actionable, high-quality outputs.
• Combine, analyse, and visualise data from multiple sources to create meaningful insights.
• Translate business questions into technical solutions that are clear and client-ready.
• Present your work in dashboards, charts, or slides that tell the story behind the numbers.
• Work independently while managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Communicate findings clearly to pre-sales colleagues and internal stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

• Has strong skills in SQL and Python and experience with Snowflake or Databricks.
• Can confidently navigate cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understands ticket-based/Kanban workflows (e.g., Jira) and basic CI/CD principles.
• Can translate requests into actionable insights quickly and independently using data visualisation tools like Looker, Tableau or others.
• Communicates clearly and effectively, even when explaining complex data.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivering on time while managing multiple priorities.
