The Program Specialist is responsible for assisting in the implementation and monitoring of programs. The role involves supporting operational tasks, data management, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of programs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Implementation Support: Assist in executing program activities as planned.
Monitoring: Contribute to tracking program progress and gathering necessary metrics.

Job Description:

Documentation: Maintain detailed records and prepare basic reports on program status.
Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with internal departments and external partners as directed.
Daily Task Management: Ensure assigned tasks are completed on time and to the required standards.
Perform any other duties as requested by the reporting manager

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Program Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in program management, project management, or a related field.
