Overview

We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Speciality Leasing Executive to join a leading retail and real estate organisation. This role will focus on managing and growing the speciality leasing portfolio, driving revenue through leasing temporary spaces such as kiosks, pop-up stores, and promotional areas within high-footfall retail destinations. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales skills with an understanding of retail trends, tenant mix, and customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Identify, prospect, and secure speciality leasing tenants including kiosks, short-term stores, activations, and promotional stands.

Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue potential across assigned assets.

Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing tenants, providing tailored leasing solutions that enhance customer experience and tenant mix.

Negotiate lease agreements, ensuring commercial terms meet business objectives and legal compliance.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer demand to identify new leasing opportunities.

Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution of lease agreements and activations.

Prepare regular reports on leasing activities, revenue generation, and pipeline performance for management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.

3-5 years’ experience in speciality leasing, mall leasing, or commercial real estate.

Proven track record of achieving leasing targets and driving revenue growth.

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Knowledge of retail, F&B, and consumer trends within the UAE market.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with multiple stakeholders.
