Sr. Data Analyst

Salt Talent Search is looking for a Sr. Data Analyst for a 12 month extendable contract role, This role is responsible for partnering with Strategic Partner Managers and stakeholders to develop regional strategy, generate actionable data insights, and support industry-specific relationships with both existing and new gaming developers. You will play a critical role in building new strategic partnerships by providing consultative, data-driven solutions to our partners. Success in this position requires a proactive, consultative mindset, strong analytical and SQL/BI skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

• Partner with Strategic Partner Managers and stakeholders to provide data-driven insights and develop regional strategy.
• Proactively identify business opportunities and deliver actionable recommendations through deep-dive analyses. Manage and consult with strategic games developers to help them succeed on the Meta platform.
• Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics to develop and execute against product and partnership goals.
• Build, maintain, and optimize performance tracking dashboards using SQL and BI tools.
• Be the subject matter expert on data mining, providing trending analysis and insights to management and partners. Support business development through insights creation, strategic planning, and meetings with game developers to drive product adoption.

What Do you Need:

• 8+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar technical operations role.
• BS/BA in a highly quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Business, Computer Science) or equivalent experience. Advanced expertise in SQL and experience with analytical tools (e.g., Python, BI dashboards such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Demonstrated ability to independently identify problems, design analyses, and deliver actionable insights in ambiguous environments.
• Strong business acumen and a passion for the gaming industry.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clarify and summarize complex issues for diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of cross-functional teams at all levels of management.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English; bilingual is a plus
