Sr Partner – Outreach & Partnerships

The Senior Partner – Outreach and Partnerships is responsible for implementing and managing activities related to building partnerships and enhancing communication between the council and internal and external stakeholders. The role focuses on supporting strategic plans, fostering effective relationships, and ensuring the council’s objectives are met under the supervision of the Manager – Outreach and Partnerships.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the implementation of partnership and outreach strategies as directed by the Manager.
• Carry out operational activities to ensure the efficient execution of agreements and initiatives.
• Manage Partnerships Agreement full Cycle.
• Maintain continuous communication with partner entities to ensure compliance with agreement terms .
• Prepare follow-up reports highlighting the level of partnership implementation and any challenges encountered.
• Implement awareness event plans and workshops in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor private sector participation and ensure events achieve their intended objectives.
• Follow up on recruitment processes with participating entities to ensure they are completed efficiently.
• Manage communication channels with partners to ensure smooth information flow.
• Coordinate with internal entities to ensure partnership goals are achieved.
• Collect and analyze data on the performance of events and partnerships.
• Provide operational reports that support improvements to partnership processes.
• Perform any duties or tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience in partnerships, business management, business development, strategy, or any other related field.
• Years of experience for Bachelor holder: 6+
