Team Lead – Software Engineering (C#, SQL, AWS)
📍 Location: South Africa (Remote) 💼 Full-Time | Permanent
My client is seeking an experienced Software Engineering Team Lead. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role where you’ll balance technical delivery with people development.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and guide a team of software engineers, driving delivery speed, quality, and operational stability.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and ensure team alignment to road map goals.
- Mentor and coach engineers through feedback, performance development, and goal-setting.
Experience Required:
5-8 years’ professional software engineering experience
At least 3 years in a senior or team lead capacity with proven leadership responsibilities
Strong technical foundation in C#, SQL, and AWS
Nice to have:
- Exposure to Golang or Node.js
