What You’ll Do

· Lead the architecture and migration from legacy J2EE systems to a modern Node.js and Azure-based platform.

· Design and deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing backend services.

· Define and execute the technical vision and roadmap, aligning with business goals.

· Champion best practices in clean code, TDD, CI/CD, and DevOps automation.

· Build and scale event-driven systems leveraging Kafka, CQRS, and SAGA patterns.

· Mentor engineers, nurture talent, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

· Explore AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, etc.) to drive productivity and innovation.

What You Bring

· 5+ years of experience in technical leadership or software architecture roles.

· Strong expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS.

· Proven hands-on experience with Azure Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.

· In-depth understanding of microservices, domain-driven, and event-driven architecture.

· Familiar with Redis, MongoDB, SQL Server, and security protocols like OAuth, SAML, OpenID.

· Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
