About the Role – Technical Sales Engineer – Auckland & Northern Region

Our client is seeking a self‑driven, technically minded sales professional to manage and grow a well established territory across Auckland and the Northern Region. In this role, you’ll represent globally trusted solutions including compressed air systems, industrial gas and air treatment.

You’ll have full autonomy to own your own sales territory, build strategic customer relationships, and drive growth across diverse industries ranging from manufacturing to food & beverage, transport, and broader industrial sectors.

What You’ll Bring to the role:

Must haves:

• Proven engineering or technical sales experience
• Territory or account management experience in an industrial setting
• Strong commercial acumen and confidence presenting technical solutions
• A self‑starter mentality – someone who thrives on targets and closing deals

Ideal:

• Understanding of compressors, industrial equipment, or mechanical systems

• Base salary + uncapped commission + company car
