Oracle HCM Cloud applications Functional / technical HRIS Expert – Banking Client – Brussels

Duration: 6-12 months

Rate: Flexible

Hybrid Working: 2 days onsite per month.

We are working with a Banking Client in Brussel who are keen to hire an exceptional Oracle HCM cloud Expert on a freelance contract.

To strengthen the activities of the P&C Technology and Continuous Improvement team of our People & Communication (P&C) Division, we are looking for a Functional / technical HRIS expert.

Main responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for HR-related inquiries and issues regarding the Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
• Configurating Oracle HCM cloud to advice the P&C technology team on continuous improvements to the application and to enhance the user experience.
• Collaborate with business and HR stakeholders to gather change requests, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their requirements.
• Liaise with the IT support team to communicate change requests, align on implementation timelines, and ensure smooth execution.
• Support sprint planning sessions with the IT team to prioritize based on business needs and criticality.
• Collaborate with HR and IT to test and validate system changes, ensuring accuracy and functionality.
• Provide end-user training and support on system functionalities, ensuring HR staff are proficient in utilizing the HRIS effectively.
• Supporting and contributing to HR projects.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in HR technology to suggest system enhancements and process improvements.

Requirements

• Demonstrated knowledge of working with Oracle HCM Cloud such as Core HR, Recruit, Learning, Talent, Performance, Workforce Compensation, Oracle ME…
• Able to effectively manage own workload and work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Team player in an international environment
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Flexibility and stress resistance
• Fluent in English
