Who you are.

• Proven professional experience as a full-stack developer and solutions architect.
• Professional experience as a team lead or people manager.
• Experience as a product owner is a plus.
• Proven professional experience designing, deploying, and operating complex cloud architectures that support thousands of devices and requests per day.
• You’re an expert breaking down large features requests and requirements into concise and concrete User Stories for the team to work on.
• You’re eager to share your expertise and help others grow.
• You have proven professional experience with Cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• You have experience building distributed cloud REST APIs with microservices and containers.
• You understand the concept of a container orchestrator – experience with Kubernetes is a plus.
• Experienced with Agile methodologies and Test-driven development.
• Experienced with Open Telemetry or other telemetry collection libraries and practices is a plus.

What the job involves.

• Leading a team of 5+ cloud developers and platform engineers.
• Support team members growth.
• Collaborating and coordinating the work with other teams and internal customers when necessary.
• Having an overview of the team’s backlog and planning the roadmap together
• Manage team and backlog in an Agile way by optimizing processes and making sure the team is focused on customer valuable tasks.
• Contribute actively to recruitment.
