HR Technology Consultant – Talent Intelligence Platform – Outside IR35 – Fully Remote – Day Rate DOE – 6 Month Contract

I am currently supporting a key client looking for a HR Technology Consultant with experience of implementing Talent Intelligence Platforms and SuccessFactors.

Technical Skills Required:

• Proven experience in Talent Intelligence Platform implementation
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge and experience of Agile methodology
• Knowledge of project management processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Understanding of database and system design
