Scrum Master – Azure Devops

Scrum Master – Azure DevOps required for a Global Leader based in London (remote) to join them on an exciting contract within an Azure DevOps Team for an initial 6 months

This role will primarily focus on supporting all squads in the Intelligent Operations Portfolio in achieving their commitments, and providing a robust Agile environment for them to thrive in.

You must have deep expertise with Azure DevOps (ADO) and agile tools to be considered for this role

Responsibilities

• Agree and report on a set of metrics to help track progress
• Help the team visualise their work to track and ensure sustainable progress
• Provide visibility of deliverables to all stakeholders
• Standardise reporting across all teams by leveraging ADO functionality
• Document and report the work of the team, including roadmaps and plans, and making sure user stories and code documentation are lightweight but of the highest quality Agile practice and ways of working
• Manage and facilitate cross-team ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives, reporting etc)
• You have demonstrable experience with Azure Devops ADO, reporting and backlogs

This role will be within IR35 from April, the successful candidate is likely to be remote working for the duration of the contract
