Salt are currenty looking for a cost transformation lead to a large client of theirs based in London
The ideal candidate will have:
- A professional with experience in multiple industries
- Qualified to Degree/MBA level or membership (or working towards) of a relevant professional body,
- Ability to challenge and influence across a wide range of stakeholders, including senior levels in the organisation.
- Able to demonstrate dealing with challenging environments
- Creative, commercial and entrepreneurial problem solving ability
- Proven experience of:
- Managing and delivering change in an operational organisation
- Delivery of ‘bottom line’ savings
- Driving right level of strategic debate in financial planning through a strong commercial mind-set and with high levels of business acumen and experience
- Experience of working within a large a complex matrix organisation and manage multiple, and sometimes conflicting priorities
- Advanced Excel
- Independent self-starter capable and happy to work on own initiative
