Duties of the role:
Lead the development team within the Automation CoE and across all automation technologies. Own the forward-looking plan to make sure the right opportunities are passed through and the development team is fully utilised.
Ensure the team can operate in the Agile manner required and remove obstacles and blockers to ensure the greatest throughput.
