Ideally, we are looking for someone who has held a similar Agile Delivery management experience and who understands the full software development lifecycle and can deliver digital projects end to end with the most efficient agility possible.
Responsibilities

• Work alongside, relevant stakeholders such as the product owner, development teams, QA etc.
• You will be there to motivate delivery teams and manage the stakeholder’s expectations
• Ensure complete alignment with the regional digital teams, central solution management to provide a pipeline of projects and releases to drive commercial impact and business transformation
• Support the various stakeholders in managing the digital operating budget and plan and providing governance and support around internal and external capacities, suppliers and contracts where applicable.
• Champion agile and lean best practices, and help foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Manage delivery scope and risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Ideal experience required

• Managed software development projects and are familiar with agile and lean methodologies. A strong communicator with the ability to proactively manage stakeholders by partnering on decisions
• Solid analytical and numerical skills are required, and must be applied in order to plan and manage commercial aspects of delivery
• Familiarity in the IOT space would be a huge advantage
• Good experience leading/managing development teams and understanding their language would be a huge benefit, perhaps you were a developer in the past or simply a bit of a techy who is used to working closely with developers
• That you can act as a servant leader exhibiting characteristics like listening, empathy, and persuasion in order to enable colleagues to perform their roles effectively
