Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Programme Manager to join their Digital Banking team. As a Digital Programme Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the successful delivery of digital initiatives, overseeing the agile implementation of their digital platform and leading digital transformation projects. Your focus will include onboarding processes to enhance the customer experience and streamline operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Programme Management:
– Lead and manage digital transformation projects, driving the implementation of their digital platform and associated initiatives.
– Employ agile methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery, with a strong emphasis on iterative development, continuous improvement, and effective collaboration.
– Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, timelines, and risk assessments.
2. Cross-functional Collaboration:
– Collaborate closely with product management, technology, design, operations, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
– Facilitate effective communication and foster strong working relationships between different teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
– Identify dependencies, risks, and issues across multiple projects and proactively address them to ensure smooth project execution.
3. Onboarding and Customer Experience:
– Enhance the onboarding process for customers by leveraging digital solutions and streamlining operations, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.
– Work closely with stakeholders to identify pain points and bottlenecks in the onboarding journey and develop strategies to address them.
– Drive the implementation of digital tools and automation to optimize the onboarding process and reduce manual intervention.
4. Stakeholder Management:
– Engage and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to understand their requirements, expectations, and priorities.
– Regularly communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
– Manage stakeholder feedback and incorporate it into project planning and execution as appropriate.
5. Digital Transformation:
– Contribute to the overall digital transformation strategy of the bank, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
– Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive the bank’s digital agenda.
– Champion a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging experimentation and learning from both successes and failures.
Qualifications and Skills:
– Proven experience as a Digital Programme Manager, overseeing the successful delivery of digital initiatives within a digital bank or similar industry.
– Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience in managing projects using agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
– Solid knowledge of digital banking products, services, and customer onboarding processes.
– Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools, with a track record of successfully managing complex, multi-faceted digital programs.
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
– Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) are highly desirable.
