Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Value: Utilize your expertise in tools and techniques to optimize outcomes for our customers through efficient delivery. Implement processes that truly add value to both the team and the client, continuously iterating to achieve excellence.
- Waste Elimination: Identify inefficiencies and eliminate waste to ensure nimble and efficient delivery. Your focus on delivering value will be the driving force behind each project’s success.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively across various contexts, from technical to strategic, ensuring everyone is on the same page. You’ll master the art of conveying technical details in a simple and engaging manner to stakeholders, customers, and leadership.
- Team Support: Understand the team’s objectives and ensure they are well communicated and understood by all involved. Foster a collaborative and supportive environment that enables the team to thrive and achieve sustainable, high-paced delivery.
- Metrics & Reporting: Utilize tools to manage capacity, timelines, and metrics effectively. You’ll provide valuable insights and evidence of value to both internal teams and our cherished clients.
- Commercial Awareness: Be mindful of the cost of delivery against budgets, understanding the implications of each outcome for the customer. Engage third-party services effectively to support your team’s success.
- You will arrange and facilitate daily/weekly/monthly project related meetings such as standups, sprint planning meetings and retrospectives.
Essential Skills:
- Agile Project Management and SCRUM expertise.
- Proficiency in task management tools such as Jira/Trello, utilizing metrics and objectives.
- Excel wizardry for budgeting, planning, and reporting.
- Exceptional stakeholder and client management and engagement skills.
- Strong leadership and management capabilities.
- Proven ability to identify and communicate delivery outcomes effectively.
- Simplifying communication across technical, business, and customer contexts.
