The role

In a nutshell 50% of your role will be as Head of Business Analysis looking after a team of 4 junior BA’s whilst also working with the big important clients where needed. The other 50% will involve the delivery side of the products so project management experience will be needed as well but not as much as the BA skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivery of customer projects and the management of the delivery function. We anticipate 50% of you time to spent on direct customer delivery and 50% overseeing projects delivered by your team
• Working with clients, defining requirements, running workshops, documenting processes, defining solutions with customers and making use of appropriate internal technical resources
• Coaching and growing a team of hybrid BAs / PMs offering advice and approaches to work through project challenges
• Working across different stages across the project lifecycle such as high level scoping, detailed design, post-implementation quality assurance

Ideal experience BUT not essential

• Minimum 5 years of BA and Project Management experience in technology solutions
• Business analysis skills – requirements definition, UML, functional specifications
• Project management – defining and managing project plans, action logs, risk & issue management, governance processes
• Worked in an agile environment / iterative environment
• Directly managed a team of junior resources
• Experienced in the implementation of SAAS products

This is a highly successful and progressive organisation which offers good career progression. The successful candidate’s will receive a salary between £50,000 – £65,000 + Benefits + Bonus + Employee stock option
