A rapidly expanding HCM SaaS company is in need of an experienced Program Manager to join their London based team and oversee the robust pipeline of implementation projects.
With exciting new customers of both SME and Enterprise businesses, a team of talented Techno-Functional Consultants & experienced Project Managers and brand new offices, this is a fantastic time to join this scaling business.
You’ll get the opportunity to work with a clean, simple and fully integrated product suite of HCM SaaS solutions and join this growing company as they make waves in the UK HCM market.
The right Programme Manager will possess;
- Experience as Programme Manager responsible for implementations of a SAAS product suite (ideally in the HCM / HRIS space
- Responsibility for 5+ simultaneous projects with PM leadership
- 5+ years of a proven record of Project Governance / Steering
- Successful experience of building teams / onboarding
- Proven ability to lead teams of PMs in fast moving environment
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to negotiate with customers
- Line Manager experience 4+ years
