We have partnered with a fast-growing FinTech Startup backed by Series A funding of US$ 24M. They are dedicated to revolutionizing the mobile payments landscape by building innovative wallets and payment systems for mobile applications. The team is comprised of talented individuals driven by a passion for technology and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences.
They’re seeking an experienced, hands-on Engineering Manager to lead a team of 4-5 developers in building and maintaining cutting-edge mobile Wallets and payment solutions using React Native and React. As an integral member of the engineering team, you will play a key role in driving technical innovation, ensuring high-quality code delivery, and fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in software engineering, with a focus on mobile application development using React Native and React.
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role, with a track record of successfully leading and mentoring engineering teams.
- Hands-on experience in building and shipping mobile wallets and payment systems is highly desirable.

Salary: Circa £150k
