HR Accountant Manager (contractor) – Belgium Banking Client – Brussels

Duration: 9 months

Rate: Flexible

Remote working is available however you will be needed onsite for team meetings

The person will also assist and participate with:
– the monthly HR process
– the identification of HR differences;
– the output follow-up, control and related reconciliations/investigations;
– the output reporting and related commentaries;
– the participation to the monthly HR recharging operational cycle including but not limited to HR Chargeback/services;
– the recharge agreements set-up and follow up;
– the management and follow-up of the various requests aiming at improving the underlying processes;
– the reconciliation of the accounts (GLO) and internal controls documentation (FICA) on assigned items;
– the participation to the Continuous Improvement of HR processes such as architecture upgrades, updating of related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), etc…
– the documentation of policies and procedures;
– the analysis of new/modified HR accounting policies;
– the support to internal and external auditors;
– the maintenance of HR documentation on historical events;
