I am recruiting multiple Software Engineering Managers on behalf of this software company who have significant investment from one of the largest financial institutions in the country.

The app you will be working on here is one of a kind and will transform the way small businesses operate in the future – exciting stuff!
As a Software Engineering Manager, you will be looking after 8-12 engineers in a role that will see you part people leader, part technical problem-solver.
To succeed, you’ll need to have a deep understanding of what motivates and inspires great software engineers, be able to navigate them through complicated technical challenges and work collaboratively with Product Managers to maximise the value they ship to their customers
You will have come from an engineering background, with an experience across a range of technologies ideally that feature in their stack which is: Java, Kafka, JavaScript, React Native, iOS, Android, Docker, Kubernetes.
You should be confident leading engineering across multiple teams, solving complex problems, aswell as providing technical coaching and oversight to other engineers.
The total compensation for this Software Engineering Manager ranges between £130,000 to £150,000 depending on experience – this is also a remote-first position (London HQ)
